Shocking! Television Actress Pratyusha Banerjee Commits Suicide

RIP | Television industry is in shocked after hearing about actress Pratusha Banerjee’s death. Actress Pratyusha Banerjee whom we remember as Anandi from Balika Vadhu has reportedly committed suicide. The actress passed away in Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Andheri.

According to media reports, Pratyusha is believed to have hanged herself to death between 4 and 5 pm IST on April 1, 2016. Pratyusha apparently had relationship problems because of which she committed suicide earlier in the day.

Pratyusha became a household name as Anandi of Balika Vadhu and she quit the show at her peak. She was later seen on Bigg Boss.

The news was earlier thought to be an April Fool’s Day prank, but is sadly true.
